All our courses and programs are easily booked through our website:

  1. Go to trainings.
  2. Select the desired part
  3. Scroll to the ticket window at the bottom of the page
  4. Select "buy now.
  5. Enter your information, select a payment method and enter a promotional code, if necessary, at the top right of the page. 
  6. Click on "buy now. You will be redirected to the chosen payment method.


Once you have paid your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, an invoice and a welcome email. If you have purchased an online course, you will receive your login information for the online learning environment after payment.


Please note that sometimes these emails end up in the spam folder.

First, you will find all information about the content of a course on the corresponding course page. After purchasing an online course, you will receive a confirmation email, an invoice and a welcome email explaining how to log in. 


If you have purchased an offline program, you will find the times and location of the program on the respective course page and in your confirmation email. One week before the start you will receive another email from us with all the information about the program.


Always check carefully whether the program takes place online or offline.

Yes, it is possible for you and your colleagues to attend training held exclusively for your team or company, including at a remote location. See the FAQ below under 'business' or contact us directly at lieke@foodhub.nl to discuss options.


Absolutely! Do you want to put education about food and agriculture on the agenda within your company, organization, (educational) institution or just for yourself? Do you want to get to know the food system up close, with all your senses and from different angles? Then contact lieke@foodhub.nl. Together you can explore the possibilities.


When you purchase an online course, you will receive your login information from us in the mail.


With these details you can log into the online learning environment and follow the training in your own time, at your own pace. You retain access to the course material so that even after completing the course, you can always go back to repeat parts.


Have you not received your login information half an hour after purchasing a course? Then check your spam box. Didn't receive anything there either? Mail to support@foodhub.nl.

Check your spam box for emails from Teachable (our online learning environment). Didn't receive anything there? Send us a mail via support@foodhub.nl. Do you have login details but are unable to log in/participate? Then please contact us as well.

After registration, you will receive the login information for the online learning environment. Through this email you can go directly to the login portal.


Did you lose this email? No worries! You can also access the online learning environment at www.foodhub.teachable.com. You may still need to log in. You will see 'login' in the upper right corner of the page. After logging in, you will be directed to your course(s).

We are confident in the quality of our teaching. However, should you feel after completing the course that you did not learn anything or did not find it useful, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please send an email to support@foodhub.nl.


Unfortunately, you cannot use the STAP budget for our courses.

It is possible to receive a VAT invoice. When paying, please indicate in which name the invoice should go. If anything else needs to be on the invoice: please send an email to support@foodhub.nl right after ordering the training.

Relevant data may include:

  • First name and last name of participant
  • Company name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Address details

We send the corresponding invoice based on this information.

Online courses


You can cancel your registration up to two weeks after purchasing a course. To do so, send an email to support@foodhub.nl. We will issue a refund, which will appear in your account within 5 business days.
After two weeks cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.


Programs & live days


You can cancel your registration up to 14 days in advance. To do so, send an email to support@foodhub.nl. Even then, we will create a refund that will show up in your account within 5 business days. 

We may also cancel a live day or program due to circumstances. In that case, you will automatically receive a refund. This normally happens within two weeks.

What fun! There are several ways to do that. You can buy a course and give it as a gift. If you send us an email (to support@foodhub.nl), we can change the login name and email address.


We can also create a special personalized gift code redeemable on the website (see 'how to use a gift/discount code'). To do so, send us an email with the desired amount you want to give as a gift. We will then create the code and send you an invoice for payment. You can then give this code as a gift.

  1. Choose the course you want to book on the website
  2. Order the training by clicking the "buy now" button. You will now enter the check-out window
  3. You will see the text: 'discount code' at the top right of this window. Enter your discount code here and click on 'Apply'. The code is successfully applied as soon as the amount changes.
  4. Fill in the rest of your information.
  5. Now you can place and complete your order.


Good to know:

  • Codes are transferable - you can give them away as gifts to someone else.
  • You can use one code per order.
