Meet the expert
Beatrijs Voorneman is a senior designer at Reframing Studio. She has a master's degree in product design from Delft University of Technology and graduated in improving the welfare of pigs. Her favorite design projects are about the future of food and agriculture. With her creative mind, she helps you look at your own reality from a different perspective.
Meet the moderator
Lelani Lewis will guide you through this course from A to Z. Lelani is originator and author of the eponymous cookbook "Code Noir," through which she organizes interactive pop-up dinners exploring the culinary history of the Caribbean. As a food entrepreneur and founder of multiple food businesses, Lelani understands the process of turning an idea into an actual business.
