Meet the expert
Maarten Essenburg believes we shouldn't forget to play. He founded the creative collective KampVuur, hosts a podcast about life lessons, brews craft beer and helps young creatives turn their passion into their profession without losing their souls.
Over the years, he has mastered the skill of designing and leading strategic workshops through which he discovered the power of a prototyping mindset. For Food Hub, he has spread that mindset amongst a wide range of students.
Meet your moderator
Lelani Lewis will guide you through this course from A to Z. As the initiator of Code Noir, she organizes interactive pop-up dinners exploring the culinary history of the Caribbean. Therefore, she knows better than anyone how to tell, share and develop Prepared Histories. Lelani is also the founder of Whisk Food Studio and recently launched her first cookbook.
