V-Talks x Low Food

On June 26, Samuel Levie will present his new book 'Worstelingen' during the second edition of V-Talks x Low Food. In his book, Samuel explores how our meat consumption can have gotten so out of control, whether he is still on the right track as a sausage maker and comes up with tips that he believes everyone, from vegan to inveterate meat eater, can contribute to a healthier food system.

Samuel Levie is a man of many talents. He makes sausages at Brandt & Levie, shows his creative side as co-founder of Food Cabinet and Slow Food Youth Network, writes columns for Het Parool, works as a chef and now also finds time to write books.

In V-talks, Samuel talks about his new book "Struggles" and his personal exploration of the "meat consumption" landscape.
