Butter,cheese and oat milk book tour: Mariahoeve Oxe
Butter, cheese and oat milk goes to the farmer! On November 14, Joris Lohman will present his book at Mariahoeve dairy farm in Oxe. In the book, Joris makes short work of the dream images of green idealists, but also sees that technology cannot solve everything. In the end, he manages to translate a complex reality into a hopeful story about the future of our food - including a simple list of shopping tips to help readers navigate the supermarket shelves with peace of mind.
A good conversation
Farmer Geertjan Kloosterboer and Joris previously organized "A Good Talk" to bring together farmers, other parties involved in the food system and interested citizens. A normal conversation about agriculture, nature and nitrogen. Without everyone immediately getting into each other's hair.
