A hands-on program to experience the reality of the food system.
This training is specifically designed for young professionals who are willing to get their feet in the mud and want to learn how to initiate positive change within their work environment. In five physical sessions spread over a period of three months, we will immerse you in the food value chain and teach you how to apply what you have learned in your daily environment. Our previous edition had participants from companies such as Unilever, Rabobank, Deloitte and FrieslandCampina. Are you ready to join them in creating a net positive future?
What you will learn
During the program, you will gain a deep understanding of the urgency and impact of net positive. You will learn to communicate the importance, meet current leaders of the food system, and have the opportunity to learn from their experiences. Our program includes field trips, expert lectures, and digital education that will help you experience the food system in practice, deepen your understanding of the food system, and develop your leadership skills.
Build by industry experts
This program is shaped by leading experts from the food sector. During workshop days you will learn from faculty experts such as Director New Business for EMEA at Deloitte Maarten Oonk, chef and author Nadia Zerouali, chef Joris Bijdendijk and transition expert Joris Lohman. The Young Academy is a collaboration of NP3 & Low Food.
