Why take this course?

You're probably all too familiar with the saying, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans. As you strive to build a solid business and work out your ideas and strategies, daily urgent matters can consume your attention and long-term goals get put off. We tend to get swallowed up by urgent, but not always important tasks, while the truly essential, but less urgent aspects slip into the background. Does this sound familiar?

This course invites you to slow down for a moment and then move all the faster. By taking a step back and evaluating the broader needs of your business, you lay a solid foundation for future growth. And that's what this training is all about: developing a sharper focus and making informed choices that move your business forward. By the end of the course, not only will you have found your focus, but you will also have practical tools to adjust your strategy at any time.
