Events

Bringing (different groups of) people together is essential for a successful transition. Online, offline, for ten, a hundred or a thousand people: at Food Hub we don't turn our hand to events for the food transition. We are experienced in the organization, programming, production and communication of events.

The fertile ground of the food transition

Within the vibrant dynamics of the food system, we, at Food Hub, see events as fertile ground for innovation and collaboration. For us, organizing events is much more than simply bringing people together; it is an opportunity to channel the energy and passion that surrounds food transition. Each event is carefully curated, with a deep understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the food landscape. Together with experts, passionate partners and forward-thinking food initiatives, we create programs that inspire, connect and spur action. For those looking to shape tomorrow's food system, Food Hub's events are an essential stop.

Food100

Food Hub is co-initiator and organizer of Food100: the annual list of the Netherlands' most impactful food changers. Food100 aims to encourage everyone active within the Dutch food system and give them the recognition they deserve. Every year since 2017, an independent jury compiles a list of up-and-coming talent and established leaders who are working hard every day to make food and drink more sustainable for everyone. The announcement of the list is accompanied by a celebratory event.

Together with Agrifood Captial, the Slow Food Youth Network (SFYN) and Food Inspiration, Food Hub is annually involved in assembling and coordinating the jury and scouting food changers. Food100 is made possible in part by Rabobank, BO Akkerbouw and Food Impactors.
