Joris Lohman is a political scientist and co-founder of Food Hub. He has been traveling the food chain gathering insights for 15 years, has given hundreds of transition lectures and co-hosts the popular podcast Eten is Weten.

In his recently published book Butter, Cheese and Oat Milk, he plunged into the bewildering world behind our food. In the end, he manages to translate a complex reality into a hopeful story about the future of our food.
